1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of solpitch.com, SolPitch Network, its project directory, voting system, ownership-claim tools, project profile features, and links or access points to SolPitch Swap. By accessing or using SolPitch, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the platform if you do not agree.

2. Description of Service

SolPitch Network is a community-driven directory for active and liquid Solana projects. Public users may suggest listings without creating an account. Listings are reviewed by SolPitch administrators before publication. Project teams may request ownership of a listing through wallet verification and admin review.

SolPitch Network and SolPitch Swap are separate services. A listing on SolPitch Network does not guarantee permanent placement in the SolPitch Swap selector. Permanent swap placement, promotion, advertising, or other premium services may require separate approval and payment.

3. Eligibility and Wallet Use

You must be legally permitted to use blockchain and cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your wallet, device, private keys, seed phrase, and all activity authorized through your wallet. SolPitch does not control or recover private keys and will never ask for your seed phrase.

4. Listings, Suggestions, and Project Information

You are responsible for information you submit. You represent that submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, does not impersonate another person or project, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not violate applicable law.

SolPitch may approve, reject, edit, suspend, promote, unpublish, or delete any listing at its discretion. Approval means only that a listing passed SolPitch's internal review at that time. It is not an endorsement, certification, investment recommendation, or guarantee of legitimacy, safety, liquidity, performance, or future availability.

5. Ownership Claims

A wallet signature proves control of a wallet at the time of signing but does not by itself prove legal ownership of a project, trademark, organization, or token. All claims remain subject to admin review. SolPitch may request additional public evidence, reject a claim, revoke verified status, or mark ownership as disputed.

Approved owners may edit optional profile information but may not change a project's contract address, symbol, or core identity without admin approval.

6. Voting

SolPitch may limit voting by wallet, project, time period, or other anti-abuse controls. Votes are community signals only. They do not measure investment quality, security, authenticity, or expected performance. SolPitch may remove fraudulent, automated, manipulated, duplicate, or abusive votes and may reset voting periods.

7. SolPitch Swap and Transactions

Transactions initiated through SolPitch Swap are blockchain transactions. You are responsible for reviewing the token, contract address, route, amount, price impact, slippage, fees, wallet prompts, and transaction details before signing. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

SolPitch does not guarantee that a token will remain liquid, tradable, accurately priced, or available through any routing provider. Third-party wallets, RPC providers, liquidity sources, aggregators, and blockchain networks may fail, delay, reject, or alter transaction availability.

8. Fees, Advertising, and Premium Services

SolPitch may charge fees for advertising, promotion, permanent swap-selector placement, listing services, or other premium features. Applicable prices and terms will be shown or agreed before payment. Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, payments for completed digital services are non-refundable.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Using SolPitch for fraud, scams, rug pulls, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
• Submitting fake, misleading, copied, infringing, or impersonating projects or ownership claims.
• Manipulating votes, analytics, rankings, listings, or platform controls.
• Introducing malicious code, exploiting vulnerabilities, disrupting services, or accessing restricted systems.
• Harassing others, publishing unlawful content, or using SolPitch to facilitate harm.
• Misrepresenting a SolPitch listing, badge, approval, ranking, or verification as an investment endorsement.

10. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency, memecoins, tokens, and decentralized markets involve substantial risk. Prices may be volatile, liquidity may disappear, smart contracts may fail, projects may be abandoned or fraudulent, and you may lose the entire value of a transaction. SolPitch does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Always conduct your own research.

11. Third-Party Services and Content

SolPitch may display or link to third-party websites, wallets, social accounts, blockchain explorers, data providers, and trading services. SolPitch does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, security, policies, or actions.

12. Intellectual Property

SolPitch's name, branding, design, code, and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Project owners retain rights in content they lawfully provide but grant SolPitch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content for platform operation and promotion.

13. Suspension and Termination

SolPitch may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, listings, claims, votes, promotions, or services when we believe these Terms have been violated, a security or legal risk exists, or action is necessary to protect the platform or its users.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

SolPitch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolPitch disclaims warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolPitch and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, tokens, data, goodwill, or opportunities; wallet compromise; blockchain losses; failed or irreversible transactions; third-party conduct; or reliance on listings, rankings, votes, verification, or market data.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolPitch and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your submissions, your project, your transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as SolPitch evolves. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where SolPitch's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
