Overview
SolPitch Network ("SolPitch," "we," "us," or "our") operates solpitch.com, a community-driven directory for active and liquid Solana projects. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you use SolPitch Network, project listing tools, voting features, ownership claims, and links to SolPitch Swap.
Information We Collect
Wallet addresses and signatures. A public Solana wallet address may be collected when you connect a wallet to vote, submit an ownership claim, or use a wallet-enabled feature. SolPitch may ask you to sign a free message to verify control of a wallet. We do not receive or store your private keys or seed phrase.
Project and submission information. We collect information submitted for project listings or ownership claims, including project name, ticker, contract address, category, descriptions, links, media, and other optional profile information.
Blockchain and market data. We may retrieve publicly available transaction, token, liquidity, volume, wallet, and market information from the Solana blockchain and third-party data providers.
Usage and technical data. We may collect limited device, browser, log, session, security, and analytics information needed to operate, protect, and improve the platform.
Communications. If you contact us through X, we may retain the messages and account information you choose to provide.
How We Use Information
- To operate the project directory, review submissions, publish listings, and manage project profiles.
- To verify wallet-based votes and ownership claims.
- To prevent duplicate voting, fraud, abuse, impersonation, spam, and security threats.
- To display public project information and activity.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve SolPitch Network.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Public Information and Blockchain Data
Project listings, contract addresses, public wallet addresses, votes, ownership status, and other project information may be displayed publicly. Solana blockchain transactions are public and immutable. Information written to a blockchain generally cannot be changed or deleted by SolPitch.
SolPitch Swap and Third-Party Services
SolPitch Network and SolPitch Swap are separate services. A project page may link to or load SolPitch Swap, blockchain explorers, market-data providers, social platforms, wallets, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. SolPitch does not control how third parties collect or use information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help host, secure, analyze, or operate the platform; to blockchain networks and public data services where activity is inherently public; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect users, SolPitch, or the public.
Cookies and Local Storage
We may use essential cookies or browser storage for admin sessions, preferences, security, and platform functionality. We may also use privacy-conscious analytics to understand general platform usage. Browser settings can be used to manage or remove cookies and stored data, although some features may stop working.
Data Retention
Off-chain information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for platform operations, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement. Public blockchain information cannot be deleted by SolPitch.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain off-chain personal information, or to ask how it is used. These rights may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. We cannot remove information that is permanently recorded on a public blockchain or information that must be retained for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no website, wallet interaction, database, or transmission method is completely secure. Never share your private keys or seed phrase. SolPitch will never ask for them.
Children
SolPitch is not directed to children under the age required to use cryptocurrency or financial services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. By using SolPitch, you understand that privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as SolPitch develops. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to your future use.
