Overview
SolPitch operates solpitch.com. This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you use project listings, voting, X authentication, and links to SolPitch Swap.
Information We Collect
X identity. When you sign in with X to submit, edit, or delete your own listings, we request only users.read to obtain your X user ID and username. We store those two values with relevant listing activity. We do not request or collect your email address through X, do not post on your behalf, and do not read your timeline, direct messages, or other private X data.
Wallet information. Public Solana wallet addresses and free-message signatures may be used for voting or other wallet-enabled features. We never receive or store private keys or seed phrases.
Project information. We collect listing details such as project name, ticker, contract address, category, descriptions, links, media, and optional profile information.
Public blockchain and market data. We may retrieve public token, liquidity, volume, wallet, transaction, and market information from Solana and third-party providers.
Technical data and communications. We may collect limited browser, session, security, log, and analytics data needed to operate the service, plus information you choose to send us when contacting SolPitch.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate X users for listing submission, editing, and deletion.
- Associate an X user ID and username with that user's own listings.
- Operate and secure the directory and voting features.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, impersonation, spam, and duplicate voting.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve SolPitch.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
X identity is used only for listing management, security, and related recordkeeping. We do not use X login to post for you or access private X content.
Public Information
Project listings, contract addresses, votes, public wallet addresses, and other project information may be public. A linked X username may be displayed where SolPitch provides listing attribution. Blockchain data is public and may be immutable.
Third-Party Services
SolPitch may connect or link to X, SolPitch Swap, wallets, explorers, market-data providers, and other third-party services. X authentication is processed through X and is subject to X's own terms and privacy practices.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information, including X user IDs or usernames. We may share information with service providers needed to host, secure, or operate SolPitch, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users or the service.
Cookies and Sessions
We may use essential cookies or browser storage for admin sessions, X authentication sessions, preferences, security, and platform functionality. Disabling them may prevent some features from working.
Data Retention
Off-chain information, including X user IDs and usernames linked to listings, is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for listing management, operations, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement. SolPitch cannot delete data permanently recorded on a public blockchain.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain off-chain personal information, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no authentication system, website, database, wallet interaction, or transmission method is completely secure. Never share private keys or seed phrases.
Children
SolPitch is not directed to children under the age required to use cryptocurrency or financial services in their jurisdiction.
International Users
Your information may be processed outside your country, where privacy protections may differ.
Changes
We may update this policy as SolPitch develops. The updated date will appear above.
